The grounds feature gated north and east access roads, a pedestrian bridge over the canal to the east parking lot, and a covered bus-stop shelter for convenience. Outdoor facilities include two lighted flagpoles, three irrigation systems supported by two water wells, a BBQ grill area outside the cafeteria, and a large outdoor pavilion ideal for events and cookouts—equipped with lighting and power. Additional features include two utility sheds (one with 480V, 3-phase power), plus a one-mile beach suitable for hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, and kayaking. A boat launch and dock could also be installed, enabling direct access to the bay and gulf.
